Tanya Tucker Hospitalized: Tour Dates Postponed

Upper Respiratory Infection

October 12, 2016

“I cannot apologize enough to all the fans who bought tickets and were looking forward to seeing us on the road. I just feel terrible, but I’ll get even worse if I don’t take care of myself. I love you all,” Tucker said.

Six shows are postponed as Tanya Tucker is hospitalized after suffering an upper respiratory infection. Tucker is currently recovering in a Nashville hospital, and she plans to rest up and get back on the saddle after her recovery. She is currently on her North American tour, and she started to feel sick just before her concert in South Dakota. Tucker will still be preparing her upcoming album all the while crisscrossing the country to play her music. Let's hope the best for her and a speedy recovery, so she can get back to singing with her instantly recognizable vocal flare and legendary repertoire.
