Strong Storm System To Affect San Diego Saturday with Rain, Mountain Snow

Get ready for rain across Southern California and San Diego...

According to the National Weather Service, several storm systems starting Friday night will move across California. The strongest for southern California will be early Saturday and possibly again midweek January 16-17.

Pacific atmospheric rivers and cold air aloft will combine to bring the precipitation including mountain snowfall.
