With all parks around the world closed, it’s going to be hard to get your Disney fix for a while. Luckily, there are some amazing Disney themed Youtube channels that might be able to help curve your craving for a little Disney magic. Here are some of my favorites:

I love Disney Park History! There have been so many changes and rides that have come and gone in the almost 65 years since Disneyland first opened. Defunctland explores not only the rides that have come and gone, but also other Disney ventures that were either short lived or never even came to be. The production quality is really superior, especially for a Youtube channel dedicated to Disney history. Their video for “Disney’s America,” a planned third Disney resort in the U.S., is done in the style of Ken Burns:

I also love this video on “Superstar Limo” that once exsisted in Disney California Adventure:

This is another great channel for the history of Disney rides that have come as gone, as well as Universal rides. The quality of the opening credits and animation throughout the videos make it extra fun to watch, especially when they throw shade at former Disney CEO Michael Eisner. Start with a video on one of the most terrifying attractions to every exist at a Disney park:

I also love this video on my favorite former Disneyland attraction:

Disney Food Blog

I know all seems bleak right now, but Disney parks will be reopening eventually! While we wait, this is a great time to plan your next trip to Disney World. The Disney Food Blog has all the best tips and tricks that you’ll want to know, especially when it comes to food. We love to watch their videos at home and virtually enjoy some really amazing food. They do some Disneyland content, but it is mostly Walt Disney World. Getting me excited for our next Disney World visit:

Theme Park Obsession

If you’re looking to keep up to date with Disneyland and other Southern California theme parks, then Theme Park Obsession is the perfect place to go. Even though they aren’t open at the moment, Dylan does weekly updates at Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Studios. His obvious passion and love for quality rides and attractions is infectious. If you enjoy all things spooky around Halloween, check out his page for all the latest updates and reviews of what the theme parks have to offer.

Best Life and Beyond

I love this couple! There are a few different couple that do Disneyland content, but something about these two is so fun. Spencer and Katie are the kind of people that you would want to spend a day at Disneyland. They have great tips for getting onto “Rise of the Resistance” and what new food items are work the money. Plus, Katie’s laugh is so fun! Watch out for crossover videos with Theme Park Obsession when the giggle is in full effect.

The Daily Woo

Adam the Woo not only has great Disney parks content, but he also does great road trip videos. His signature is long establishing shots that are actually very soothing and relaxing. In fact, I sometimes use his videos to put my 1.5-year-old to sleep. The Woo, as he is called by fans, has a fascination for old and rundown buildings as well as old movie sets. In fact, he was recently featured in a Google commercial where he found the house from “A Christmas Story.”

Of course you can also go and listen to old episodes of the Leader of the Club podcast to get your Disney fix in!
