Eat Pizza Every Day!

and lose weight?

Brian Northrup was tired of hearing trainers tell him  “you can’t outwork a bad diet,” so he decided to put it to the test by eating a Domino’s pizza every day for an entire year.

Not only did he end up maintaining a healthy weight, he even kept his muscles toned during his Instagram project he dubbed "PIZZAPOCALYPSE."

Brian says he was able to get results by changing his mental approach to fitness. Now his theory is eat more so you can work out more, instead of work out more so you can eat more.
