White Castle Just Added Some Fishy New Menu Items

February 23, 2020

Something fishy is happening at White Castle and it's a actually good thing.

Most of us know that the fast food chain is famous for its hamburgers, but the restaurant now offers various options for seafood lovers.

White Castle just added a brand new Panko Breaded Fish Slider as well as marketing the return of the once-popular Shrimp Nibblers to its menu, reported Delish.

By visiting the official White Castle website, customers are greeted with the tagline, "It's seafood season at the castle!"

The new Panko Breaded Fish slider features a flaky, wild-caught Alaska pollock that is coated with crispy panko breading. It comes on a signature slider bun and is topped with American cheese.

Shrimp Nibblers, on the other hand, are butterfly shrimp tossed in a buttermilk-flavored batter, which are then fried to perfection and offered with a cocktail sauce dipping experience. In addition to the new items, the restaurant offers an everyday seafood lineup that includes Fish Nibblers and clam strips in select regions.

You may want to visit your local chain because both items are available for a limited time only.

The addition of these seafood favorites comes on the tail of White Castle's debut of their own plant-based version of their popular sliders. The Impossible Slider is made fresh with smoked cheddar cheese or without for the customers enjoying a vegan diet.

The sandwich features pickles and crispy onions and is available only at participating White Castle locations.
