Screen Legend Burt Reynold Dies at 82

Burt Reynolds, star of Smokey and the Bandit, The Longest Yard, Boogie Nights has passed away at the age of 82 from a heart attack. 

He was transported to a hospital in Florida on Thursday, September 6. His family was by his side when he passed, US reports.

In the moments after the news broke, those who worked with the screen legend took to Twitter to express their remembrances.

Oh how sad I am today along with Burt‘s millions of fans around the world as we mourn one of our favorite leading men. I know we will always remember his funny laugh, that mischievous sparkle in his eyes, and his quirky sense of humor.
